This is Kari Welsh. I help women overcome anxiety by healing past trauma and interrupting negative programming so that they can break toxic cycles and become the person they were meant to be. For over 12 years, I have been helping people in person and online in a therapeutic and educational manner. Because of my experience, I have realized that the health and well being of women play a significant role in the well being of men and children. I believe women deserve to feel deeply worthy, but that worthiness can only come from within themselves. She must come to a point where she is willing to face her internal landscape.
